Description

The Syncline is a geologic formation -- a basaltic cliff outcropping. All the riding is on the grassy plain above the cliff. You can climb up about 2000 ft above the river, great views abound. Trails (Little Moab, Crybaby, Coyote Cliffs,Hidden Canyon etc.) There are also several ways to go up to the west over the top of the cliffs, and back down through coyote cliffs or even across another pasture into the grassy lanes of upper Hospital Hill.

Continue east from Bingen Washington and the trail will be a few miles on the left (Courtney Road)<br /><br />New parking lot and bathrooms to come soon at the trailhead
